DollarPing is not a financial advisor, credit repair service, or credit counseling agency. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes related to your credit score, credit history, or card issuer policies.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use DollarPing. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To use DollarPing, you must create an account through our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

5. Payment & Subscriptions

• DollarPing charges a subscription fee for the Service. Current pricing is listed on our website and is subject to change with notice.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription plan you select.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard.
• The small charges we make to your enrolled credit cards (typically $1) are part of the Service and are separate from the subscription fee. These charges are immediately refunded or applied as a subscription payment.

6. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@dollarping.com and we will review your case.

7. Credit Card Offers & Affiliate Disclosures

DollarPing features credit card offers and recommendations on our website. Please be aware of the following:

• We participate in affiliate marketing programs, including but not limited to CJ Affiliate and CardRatings.com. We may earn a commission when you click on or are approved for credit card offers through our affiliate links.
• The credit card offers displayed on our site may be influenced by compensation from affiliate partners. However, this does not affect our editorial integrity — we only feature cards that are relevant to our users.

• The Service will prevent your credit cards from being closed by their issuers
• Any particular credit score outcome will result from using the Service

Card issuer policies regarding inactivity closures vary and may change at any time. DollarPing makes no guarantees about issuer behavior.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dollar Ping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of credit history, account closures, or changes to credit scores arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of DollarPing after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable state.
